Reason for the award
This construction site was located on a busy arterial road. Because of its use as a bus route and proximity to multiple high schools, this road experiences heavy traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian. The construction was completed without any accidents or complaints in this challenging environment, deserving commendation. Government agencies praised the outstanding progress and quality management achieved in this construction environment.
