Reason for the award
The construction site was located at the intersection with National Road No. 38. The construction proceeded without any complaints, despite the presence of a shopping street with heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Additionally, because the construction occurred during winter, management of the construction progress was improved to shorten the construction period. To enhance safety, traffic guide signs were effectively placed, and traffic control staff were stationed accordingly. This approach ensured that the construction proceeded successfully with minimal disruption to traffic flow.
