Construction assessment score: 87 points
Because of the winter conditions, snow cover was expected to delay progress and affect the quality of the roadbed. Therefore, a process involving milling, on-site renewal, and binder course installation was planned as a cycle. Furthermore, ground level variations were minimized during the construction period to ensure smooth traffic flow. As the construction area covered in each cycle became smaller, it was expected to increase the number of joints, resulting in uneven ground. To address this, daily progress checks were rigorously conducted to ensure a smooth surface finish. Despite the winter construction period, quality and progress management were effectively implemented, allowing the project to proceed without accidents or delays. These accomplishments were recognized with an award.
