Reason for the award
This construction site was situated on a road in a residential area lined with leasing firms, pachinko stores, and other facilities. Local residents were informed about the construction in advance, and the road was closed for an entire day for the project. Despite being located in a residential area, no complaints were received from residents. The project employed enhanced process management, construction management, and safety management to ensure smooth implementation. As a result of these efforts, the construction was completed without any accidents.
