Pavement repair work of roads within the Wakabayashi area (the sixth)

This project involves repairing roads in the Wakagayashi Ward area, as ordered by the Wakabayashi Ward Office of Sendai City. It includes repairing roadside ditch covers and replacing small sections of pavement, among other tasks, in response to citizens’ complaints. Some tasks were carried out at night, ensuring they did not disturb local residents. This award of commendation was given for promoting the use of local subcontractors because the project met the following criteria: 1) a contract amount of 30 million yen or more, 2) achieving a construction performance score of 74 points or higher, and 3) utilizing local companies for at least 60% of the outsourced tasks. Ts Road Co., Ltd., served as the primary subcontractor for a significant portion of this project. They completed their tasks without any complaints from local residents and delivered satisfactory quality. As a result, the project achieved a construction performance score of 79 points.
