In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”), other relevant laws and regulations, and guidelines issued by government ministries and agencies overseeing our business, we are committed to protecting personal information as outlined below and ensuring the appropriate handling of personal information of our customers, shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders.

1. Purposes for Using Personal Information

When collecting personal information, we will specify the purposes of use as clearly as possible. We will use the information only within the scope of these purposes, except in cases where it is necessary to prevent harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of an individual or third parties, when the purposes of use are evident from the context of collection, or as required by law. Personal information will be collected by appropriate means, and the purposes of use will be either publicly disclosed in advance or reported to the individual after collection.

We will manage personal information appropriately and, except in cases involving the provision of information to third parties for disclosed purposes or as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual. If an individual requests cessation of such provision from us, even for disclosed purposes, we will respond without delay.

We have established an Inquiry Contact to handle inquiries related to this Privacy Policy and requests from an individual for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and other requests involving their personal information in a prompt and appropriate manner.

We will implement appropriate management measures to prevent the leakage of personal information and will enforce security measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. All officers and employees are committed to complying with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, as well as our internal regulations concerning personal information protection. When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will ensure stringent management of the outsourced parties.

  2. To perform construction contracting services and related research, design, and supervision services
  3. To perform services related to the design, manufacture, sale, repair, and rental of construction machinery and equipment.
  4. To perform surveying and geotechnical investigation services and related activities that include the sale and rental of machinery and materials.
  5. To perform services related to real estate transactions.
  6. To perform services related to the planning, design, and construction of various indoor and outdoor signage and advertising, as well as the manufacture and sale of printed materials used for these purposes.
  7. To manage construction supervision, customers and suppliers, and safety and health.
  8. To provide customers or third parties with the various required notifications, related documents, and other necessary paperwork for conducting business.
  9. To exercise the rights and perform the obligations of shareholders in accordance with laws and regulations as a stock company
