MULTI FRESH Construction Method

High-penetration composite waterproofing method

Outline

The MULTI FRESH Construction Method is a composite waterproofing technique that involves applying two layers: a primer that deeply penetrates and adheres to penetrating cracks and fine fissures on concrete slab surfaces, and a heated coating-type waterproofing layer designed to resist adhesion to tires of heavy machinery during construction. By deeply filling and adhering within cracks, the Multi-Primer enhances the rigidity of the slab surface and improves its resistance to fatigue.

Features

  1. The composite waterproofing effect is achieved by combining the Multi-Primer as the primary waterproofing layer with the Fresh Coat as the secondary layer.
  2. The Multi-Primer, with its excellent penetration properties, can deeply fill cracks that form on the concrete slab surface.
  3. By deeply filling and adhering within cracks, the Multi-Primer enhances the rigidity of the slab surface and improves its resistance to fatigue.

Applications

  • Areas with cracks penetrating the concrete slab surface
  • Areas where it is crucial to quickly cancel road closures and reopen the road to traffic, and areas with great construction challenges, such as difficulty in applying countermeasures from the bottom surface of the slab.
