The COLORPHALT DA construction method is color elastic paving (rubber chip paving) for pedestrians. The COLORPHALT DA construction method uses the “COLORPHALT DA” urethane resin, which is a type of resin-based bonding material, and various types of rubber chips (EPDM and waste tires).
The COALCUT R construction method is resin-based anti-skid paving (Neat construction method, thin layer paving). The skid resistance of a road surface is improved by sprinkling and fixing hard aggregates and ceramic aggregates on the surface after applying “COALCUT R” (resin-based bonding material) to the existing paving. The properties and conditions of COALCUT R conform to the standards of the Technical Association of Resin Pavement.
The TWINKCOAT construction method is resin-based anti-skid paving (Neat construction method, thin layer paving) that has been given high brightness. The road surface brightness and skid resistance are improved by sprinkling and fixing “TWINK CHIPS”, which are silicon carbide-based hard aggregates and colored ceramic aggregates, on the surface after applying “COALCUT R” (resin-based bonding material) to the existing paving.
The ASWOOD construction method is wood-based (wood chip) paving that has water permeability and a shock-absorbing ability. ASWOOD paving uses the “ASWOOD Emulsion” rubber modified asphalt emulsion, which has outstanding flexibility, as well as wood chips, pigments, and other supplementary materials. Because it is also possible to use wood chips obtained from forest-thinning operations and waste construction materials, this construction method is also positioned as recycled paving. Dedicated mixing machines or plants are installed on the site, where the compounds are manufactured and the work is implemented.
